Costa Blanca (Alicante) - A coastal area in the south-east of Spain, wholly within the province of Alicante in the Valencian Community, the Costa Blanca stretches for around 250 kilometres and it has approximately seventy four sandy beaches. The region attracts many millions of tourists each year and features several popular coastal resorts such as Benidorm, Calpe and Santa Pola.
